What is the turnaround time for a project?
The turnaround time for Illumina projects depends on how quickly we receive arrays and reagents and what other projects we are currently processing at the time. We can discuss turnaround time when we plan your project with you.
What if I do not have a full 96-plate for processing?
Please talk to us about your project design before you plate out your samples.
What if the quality of my samples is questionable?
We run a PicoGreen assay on all samples to ensure correct sample concentration. If a sample does not meet our quality requirements, we will return the plate to you for adjustments.
