Data Management

The Microarray Facility maintains a comprehensive database server - Duke Microarray Data Repository, to manage the data generated by microarray analysis. The system manages experimental information, raw data and images for spotted array and affymetrix data. Data may be exported and used in Duke generated analysis programs as well as other analysis programs, such as GeneSpring, Cluster/Treeview, and SAM. These programs/packages are available in the Microarray Center computer room or can be downloaded to your PC.

Microarray users are required to complete a request for arrays via our online submission forms. Upon completion of the request to the microarray facility, results will be entered into the data system where the user will be able to view and download results.
