The Duke Microarray Shared Resource utilises a comprehensive database server - The Duke GCB Express Data Repository - to manage the data generated by microarray analysis. The system manages experimental information, raw data and images for both spotted array and affymetrix data. Upon completion of a project, microarray analysis results are automatically uploaded to Express, where the owner of the data may view and download the results. Data may be exported and used in Duke-generated and commercially available analysis programs, such as GeneSpring, Partek, Cluster, Treeview, and SAM. Please see our data analysis page for more information on these programs and packages.
