Gene Expression Analysis Tutorials
In addition to data analysis services, we also provide tutorials to researchers who would like to learn data analysis themselves. Tutorials are available both for Duke software and for commercial software available through the facility, including Genespring GX, Partek Genomics Suite & MetaCore, GATHER, filemerger etc.
Please note: the first hour is free, the remainder will be charged with the same rate as data analysis services.
To request a Data Analysis Tutorial, please submit an online submission form.

- Fill out contact information, and submit.
The submission form enables us to upload analysis data and/or results to the IGSP Express data repository, through which the user may access the information. It also enables our system to generate an invoice for the services rendered.
