The Hannon-Elledge human retroviral shRNA collection is available to all Duke investigators through the RNAi Facility.

Individual clones are available at a cost of $39.74 per clone through the shRNA Clone Request System. - Pooled shRNA plasmid DNAs
High-quality, pooled shRNA plasmid DNAs have been prepared for use in pooled selection studies. Individual pools (~2000 unique clones) or combined pools (up to ~62,500 clones) are available at a cost of $3.80 per ug total DNA. - Additional RNAi services and reagents
