Biotage Pyrosequencing
The IGSP Sequencing Facility houses a Biotage PyroMark MD System for use by the Duke community. The Biotage is great doing short pyrosequences in a 96-well format to look at SNP's, methylation, allele quantitation, etc.
There is a small charge of $50 per plate for instrument time. For help designing your project, consult the Biotage website linked above. For logistics and training, contact Lisa Bukovnik.
