The IGSP Sequencing Facility offers the following services on our Applied Biosystems 3730 xl's.
- Microsatellite (post-PCR) Dilution, Pooling, and Analysis
- AFLP (post-pcr) Dilution and Analysis
Prices are as follows:
96 samples run with ROX 500 size standard: $95
96 samples run with ROX 1000 size standard: $105

No partial plates are run, only full plates.
This microsat. amplicfication protocol was developed by Sandy Boles, and gives good results. Please take a look.
