The common means of reporting a problem is to Email with information about the problem. Be sure to include as much information as possible, including:
- your name
- your telephone number
- the name of your lab, if any
- where the computer is located or where you experienced the problem
- the kind of computer (e.g. Windows XP PC, Linux PC, or Mac OS X)
- a description of the problem, including any information about what you were doing when the problem cropped up
